Activitots are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and follow strict rules on how data is used and kept ensuring that they meet GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act.

This privacy policy applies to the website www.activitots.net and also bookings made to an Activitots class through https://activitots.class4kids.co.uk/.

The information collected through the Activitots website booking form is name, telephone number, and email address. By submitting a contact form you are agreeing to provide this data to Activitots.

When an Activitots course is booked through the Class4Kids booking website we collect information including name, postal address, email address, contact phone numbers, emergency contact details, child’s date of birth and medical records in order to meet our obligation to fulfil the safe delivery of the Activitots course. Personal information will not be available to Activitots more than one year after activity in the ClassForKids account. Activitots will store class information extracted from Class4Kids for accounting purposes for 7 years.

Credit and debit card information for purchases are submitted via Stripe and are not held by, or accessible to, Activitots. The Privacy Policy for Stripe can be found here: https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy

Uses of information: the information that we collect is primarily to enable us to provide our services to you. In addition, we may use the data for the following purposes:

-         to provide you with information requested from us relating to our services

-         to notify you of any changes to classes

-         to notify you of any new upcoming classes or products that may be of interest to you

We will not share your data with any third parties.
