Activitots Toddler Classes

This is a parent participation class, please be prepared to join in with the activities!

Siblings are welcome to attend the trial, there is space at each of the venues for prams with babies.

Walking and crawling siblings are welcome to try to join in with their older sibling, we only ask that you are mindful of the other children participating in the class. If a walking sibling is fully joining in and engaging with the class, we may charge you for a class space even if they are below 2 years of age. This is so that we can control the numbers attending the class to prevent overcrowding.

You can book a trial at a cost of £10 for a 2 week trial.

After the trial, sessions are priced at £6.50 per class paid in half term blocks. (£10 for 2x siblings)

With the first half term booking there is a joining fee of £15 that includes a waterbottle and t-shirt.

In the event that we need to cancel a class at the last minute you will be notified by email on the morning of the class. You will be offered a class credit or a refund in the event of a class cancelled by Activitots.

In the event that you cannot make a class, you will not be offered a refund but you will be able to attend another class that week subject to availability.

Sibling discount applies until the age of 4years and 11months.

Covid-19 Terms and conditions

You will not bring your child to an Activitots class if they are anyone in your household has been presenting with the symptoms listed on the government websites for the 2 weeks prior to the class.

You will not attend a class if you have visited a country that is on the Governments quarantine list within the last 14 days.

You will follow the latest government requirements in relation to covid-19. For example, social distancing and face coverings, etc.

Only one parent/guardian can attend the class until the Government relaxes the rules, with an earliest date of 21st June 2021.

ActiviKids Summer Camps

These classes will be held in an outdoor venue, the class will go ahead whatever the weather. Please bring wet weather gear if rain is forecast. If the forecast is hot and sunny please ensure that you apply a sweat resistant suncream to your child(ren) at least 30 minutes before the start of the class and bring plenty of water for them to drink, and a snack or two.

In the event of extreme weather, we will make every effort to run the class if we do feel that we need to cancel the class you will be notified by email on the morning of the class.

In the event that we need to cancel a class at the last minute you will be notified by email on the morning of the class. You will be offered a class credit or a refund in the event of a class cancelled by Activitots.

The coaches have the right to refuse rebooking onto the course for any child that is consistently misbehaving and disrupting the camp.

Every booking is non-transferable and non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be transferred onto another camp.
